Submitting a Request an Appointment form or sending a text message is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. Appointment times are confirmed by our team and may change due to weather, emergencies, or technician availability.
Information on the Website, including service descriptions and promotions, is for general informational purposes only. Estimates and quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change after an on-site inspection. Work is performed under the terms of the written estimate, invoice, or agreement you approve. Maintenance plan benefits and pricing are provided at enrollment.
3. Financing and Third-Party Services
Financing is offered through third-party lenders, subject to credit approval. Your use of financing or other third-party services is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

- You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to opt out. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
- If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP". After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
